Joining the Random Book Club

When you subscribe to the Random Book Club you will receive your first book within a month, unless we are experiencing any postal issues.

Subscriptions are paid up front for one year, and can be cancelled within 14 days of signing up. A refund will be issued minus any processing fees we have incurred.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and no more books will be despatched, but no refunds will be given outside the 14 day period following initial subscription.

Customs: European Union customers will now pay European VAT at our checkout. This allows us to send books import duty paid. So no import duty or postal handling fees will need to be paid before receiving your book. All other countries please check, before joining, whether you would be liable for any customs or import duties or tariffs.  We are not liable for the payment of any taxes/bribes/extortion incurred out with the EU.

When subscribing you are agreeing to receive 12 random books.

Books will be despatched once a month.  In the event that we experience any technical problems or postal issues that may delay your books being despatched we will redress the balance – this may result in you receiving two books in one month. Lucky you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you give the correct shipping address.  Books returned by Royal Mail cannot be re-sent if the address is incorrect.

If buying a subscription as a gift for someone living in the European Union EU Vat will be added to your subscription at checkout.
